UPCOMING PERFORMANCES


Alma has been awarded a 2012 ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Award for her composition Full House. This piece will be premiered at the Killingworth Jazz Night Out event on February 18th.

Alma will bring her trio as the opener for Eddie Allen at the Killingworth Arts Center's Jazz Night Out in Saturday, February 18th at 7:30 PM The concert takes place at the beautiful and historic Ivoryton Theater.

Alma was in attendance at Grammy Camp, 2011 in the keyboard track. She spent a week immersed in the LA music scene, culminating in a gala concert at LA's famed El Rey Theatre on the evening of July 17th.

Pittsfield City Jazz Festival

Alma was in performance at the Pittsfield City Jazz Festival in MA on Wednesday, October 12th. The performance took place at the Berkshire Music School, Taft Recital Hall. Alma was the first performer in the Festival's " 1st Piano Prodigy Series". Joining Alma was Jimmy Macbride, drums & Matt Dwonszyk, bass with special guest Kyle Athayde on trumpet.

Friday, December 31st - FIRST NIGHT HARTFORD
Alma performed with her quartet at Center Church in Hartford as part of the annual First Night Hartford celebration. Joining Alma were Jimmy Macbride, drums; Matt Knoegel, sax & Matt Dwonszyk, bass.

Jazz Standard Youth Orchestra at the Jazz Standard in NYC, with special guest, Michael Wolff.

Alma was invited to sit in with bassist Pat O'Leary and his trio at Arturo's in NYC, on Tuesday, August 17th.
